This policy explains what Mac FinTech Solutions, a brand of Mac Financial Tech Group, Inc. ("we"), collects through macfintechsolutions.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Project briefs you send us. Your name, email, company, project details and goal, sent only when you press Send brief.
- Basic site usage. Anonymous events such as page views, sections viewed and buttons clicked. We do not use cookies or advertising trackers and we do not store your IP address with these events.
- Messages you start yourself. If you email, call or text us, we receive what you send through those services.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number and check the optional text-message box on the project brief form, we use that number only to send customer care and project-related texts from Mac FinTech Solutions. We keep a record of your consent (the time and the form you used). We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. How we use it
To answer your request, prepare an estimate, deliver services you hire us for, keep the site working and understand which pages help visitors. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for others' marketing.
Who processes it for us
Our hosting provider (Render) runs the site and our email provider (Resend) delivers brief notifications to our inbox. They handle data only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
Brief details are kept as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the life of the engagement and our record-keeping duties. Usage events are kept in aggregate.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent us. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights; we honor verified requests.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new date.
