SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 7, 2026
Who sends the texts
Text messages are sent by Mac FinTech Solutions, a brand of Mac Financial Tech Group, Inc. ("we"), from a number we publish on macfintechsolutions.com.
SMS consent communication
You receive text messages from us only if you opt in. Consent to receive texts is optional and is never a condition of any purchase or service: you can send us a project brief, email us or call us without agreeing to texts. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Types of messages
Customer care and project-related messages: replies to your project brief, consult scheduling and reminders, project and account updates, and responses to questions you ask us. We do not send promotional or marketing texts under this program.
Message frequency
Messaging frequency may vary with your request. You will normally receive a small number of messages while we schedule a consult or are working on your project, and none otherwise.
Potential fees
Message & data rates may apply, as set by your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the texts themselves.
How you opt in
On the project brief form at macfintechsolutions.com/contact, enter your mobile number and check the box, which reads: "By checking this box, I consent to receive customer care and project-related text messages from Mac FinTech Solutions. Reply STOP to opt-out; Reply HELP for support; Message & data rates may apply; Messaging frequency may vary." The box is never pre-checked. We record the time and the form you used.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation that you are unsubscribed and then no more messages. To start receiving texts again, reply START or opt in again on the form.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for support, or email BrandonMcDaniel@macfintechsolutions.com or call (888) 693-9074 and press 1.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy policy, and our general Terms of Service also apply.
